You retain ownership of all data you submit to RAGDebugger. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service. We will not use your data to train machine learning models without your explicit consent.
For paid plans:
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise customers may have specific SLA terms in their agreements.
RAGDebugger and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RAGDebugger and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAGDebugger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAGDebugger from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
